Who and how can someone rent a safe deposit box?

Any adult citizen can rent a safe deposit box.

Rental agreement is being signed. Conditions for renting safe deposit boxes are integral part of the Agreement. By signing of a prescribed form you can authorize only one person for use and disposal of the safe deposit box.

An authorized person has unlimited right for use and disposal with the safe deposit box. A person who has access to a safe deposit box deposit his/her signature in the prescribed authorization form.

The following things may not be deposited in the safe deposit box:

• Easily flammable  and explosive things and devices and objects of similar nature
• Objects subject to decay and discomposure
• Objects that may jeopardize security of the Bank, persons in the Bank and other safe deposit boxes.

Can an employee of the Bank have access to your safe deposit box?

No Bank employee has access to your safe deposit box only with his/her key. Every safe has two different keys – one for the client and one for employee. Safe deposit box can be opened only by use of both keys.
