BBI Branch in Visoko city center

Starting from February 6th, 2013., BBI Branch in Visoko operates in new premises, at the address Alija Izetbegovic 39, next to the Municipality Visoko. In the presence of many citizens, clients and business partners, the branch was opened by Mrs. Amra Babic, Mayor of Visoko and Mr. Amer Bukvic, CEO of BBI with a symbolic ribbon cutting.

‘Moving into the new, larger and more functional spaces in Visoko, BBI will provide our clients with even better service and quality. Our financial results have shown that we are one of the fastest growing banks in Bosnia and in overall order are currently positioned on the ninth place, with a record assets growth of 25.8%. Also, retail deposits in the last year increased by 39% which indicates the confidence which citizens have in BBI. As a socially responsible bank, BBI tries to connect local entrepreneurs and help them establish cooperation with foreign markets through its VIP Business Club, especially with the countries of our shareholders. Our intention is to achieve good business cooperation with our partners in Visoko and to try enhance their business through cooperation with foreign markets. BBI Bank recently became part of the management of United Bank of Albania which will help in establishment of good economic cooperation between companies from these two countries’, said among other things, Mr. Amer Bukvic.

Mrs. Amra Babic, Mayor of Visoko, highlighted BBI’s social responsibility programs in scholarships for students and expressed a wish to join forces with the Bank on improving conditions for education of young people in Visoko. ‘Of course, this is significant impact on business community in our Municipality reflected in cooperation with foreign markets and use of various financial lines with comfortable conditions’, said Mrs. Babic.

Mrs. Edina Hasecic, Head of the branch talked about new services which Bank offers including electronic banking eBBI, new cards (Shopping, Prepaid and Gift), noting that these products and services are unique in the banking market of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Branch is located in the city center, next to the Municipality, and will provide all banking services in accordance with Islamic principles to legal entities and individuals. Working hours are from Monday to Friday from 8-16 hours and on Saturdays from 9-13 hours. BBI bank operates in 20 branches / subsidies across the country. In 2013, widening of network will be continued in both entities of B&H.
