Required documents

• Duly filled out and certified Application form
• Certified copy of identity card and copy of registration of place of residence of the Applicant
• Salary lists/pension checks for the past three months
• “Declaration(s) of acceptance of confiscation” of the beneficiary
• M2 form (Pension and disability insurance registration) for employees of Independent trades business, Independent Catering business, Independent craftsmen business and Limited liability Company (except employees in state sector and joint stock companies).
• Preliminary invoice of the educational institution
• Promissory notes of the Applicant with designation “without protest” with authorization for filling out of the notes

In case of financing where co-debtor and/or guarantor is required, the following documentation will be required from the co-debtor/guarantor:
