1.75% from approved amount to non-clients of the Bank (min. KM 60.00 from 25 to 60 months)

1.25% from approved amount to the Bank’s clients (min. KM 20.00 up to 12 months);
1.25% from approved amount to the Bank’s clients (min. KM 40.00 from 13 to 24 months)
1.25% from approved amount to the Bank’s clients (min. KM 60.00 from 25 to 60 months)

Client’s age
From 18 to 65 years of age  

Required documents  

• Duly filled out and certified Application form
• Preliminary invoice or an invoice of a medical institution as evidence of financing subject
• Certified copy of identity card and copy of registration of place of residence of the Applicant
• Salary lists/pension checks for the past three months
• M2 form (Pension and disability insurance registration) for employees of Independent trades business, Independent Catering business, Independent craftsmen business and Limited liability Company (except employees in state sector and joint stock companies).
• Debtor’s-Beneficiary’s “Declaration of acceptance of confiscation”
• Promissory notes of the Applicant with designation “without protest” with authorization for filling out of the notes.

Note
In case of financing where co-debtor and/or guarantor is required, the following documentation will be required from the co-debtor/guarantor:

• Certified part of application that relates to the guarantor/co-debtor
• Certified copy of identity card and copy of registration of place of residence
• Salary lists/pension checks for the past three months
• “Declaration(s) of acceptance of confiscation”
• M2 form (Pension and disability insurance registration) for employees of Independent trades business, Independent Catering business, Independent craftsmen business and Limited liability Company (except employees in state sector and joint stock companies).
