Bosna Bank International (BBI) and the Municipality of Novi Grad Sarajevo have signed a new agreement on subsidizing the profit margin for housing finance for young people living in this Municipality. A public invitation with details on how to apply was published in daily newspapers and on the websites of BBI Bank and the Municipality of Novi Grad.

Hence, young people from the Municipality of Novi Grad Sarajevo who have not yet resolved the housing matters could do so under favourable financing conditions with a subsidized profit margin for the first five years of repayment of financing.

Young people residing in the Municipality of Novi Grad Sarajevo, up to 35 years of age, who fulfil the requirements for obtaining housing financing determined by the financial institution (bank), and who are engaged in solving housing matters for the first time, can apply for financing under the terms of this Agreement. Detailed information on the conditions for application was published in daily newspapers and on the websites https://bbi.ba and https://www.novigradsarajevo.ba/.

This is a measure implemented by the Municipality of Novi Grad in cooperation with BBI Bank to facilitate housing for young people through the partial repayment of the profit margin on housing financing in the first five years of repayment.
