The Sarajevo Business Forum (SBF), leading investment conference in South-East Europe, will be awarding prestigious awards – the "Sarajevo Business Bridge Awards" - to companies and individuals who, through their business, innovative ideas and youth employment, have contributed to the development of entrepreneurship, to the sustainable development and investment climate in the region.
Depending on the quality of the applications received, based on the evaluation of the expert jury, the organizers plan to reward, namely: New Business of the Year, Business of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, Youth Employer of the Year, Social Impact Award and Innovator of the Year.
SBF Awards will be presented to winners at a ceremony in the Parliament of Bosnia and Herzegovina during the first day of the 10th Sarajevo Business Forum in the presence of world and regional political and business leaders.
"Sarajevo Business Forum, as the leading economic platform of the region, aims to build a better business environment. We at the Bosna Bank International have already begun preparations for the jubilee 10th Sarajevo Business Forum, and we have been working on the project of economic connecting the region with the world for ten years in an endeavour that our joint venture towards third markets will become an attractive destination for foreign investors. Our mission is the development of entrepreneurship, because only by linking and developing the market, by opening new companies and by hiring young people, we can produce positive changes in our societies" said Amer Bukvić, CEO of Bosna Bank International (BBI), emphasizing that the award competition is open to companies and individuals from the region who have shown excellent results in the business and whose work has a positive impact on the company in which they operate.
In this way, SBF provides support to companies and individuals, especially companies that have launched a new business or are employing the youth. Applications for awards remain open until 17th of March, 2019. Companies and individuals from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Macedonia, Montenegro and Albania can be nominated with additional information available at: awards@sarajevobusinessforum.com.
Jubilee 10th Sarajevo Business Forum is organized by Bosna Bank International in cooperation with the Islamic Development Bank Group (IsDB) and other domestic and international partners, with the patronage of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Presidency.
In previous years these prestigious awards have been awarded to prominent individuals and companies from the region.
